Zumba

We started doing Zumba on the 7th of November. We have to do zumba for 6 weeks. I find zumba really fun as it is good exercise but it is also good fun to do it with freinds. The Zumba instructor is very good at dancing and knows the dances very well. We do zumba every Thursday. Some Thursdays we go away with the year so we cant do zumba but we do it on the friday instead.

work experience.

I finished my Work experience in St Raphael's Special Needs School. I really enjoyed my time at the school as it is what i want to do when i finish school.  My favourite thing that i did on work experience was going to Pirates Cove with a class from the school for social training. I was able to go on the bouncy castles to mind the kids. After pirates cove we went to Mc Donald's as the kids had really good behaviour. I went social training a few times in the weeks i was there for work experience. I went on social training on the 2nd of October to The Arc at Liffey Valley as it was my birthday. I really enjoyed going out with the kids. On my last week of work experience I brought in treats for the staff to say thank you for having me for work experience. For my second work experience i am going to Clover Hill Court Houses to do office work.

Yeats exhibition

TY has been really fun so far! we have done loads! and we have loads more stuff to do! On Thursday the 14th of November we went to a Yeats exhibition in town. We had great fun! We also went to the national art museum and we got a tour around to look at a few different paintings. my favourite painting I saw was a bright coloured painting. The painting had a girl in a white dress and leaves for the main point of the painting. In the background there were a few other girls, supposedly nuns in a white dress. These nuns were not painted in detail as they were in the background. The nun at the front of the picture was painted in great detail as it was the first thing you saw when you looked at the painting. We were allowed to go for lunch on Grafton Street before returning to the other museums we visited.
